Angie Harrison Potter
Angie became a licensed Realtor in 2009 and joined Kinston Realty Group. She had been working with her father managing and leasing commercial properties for many years, and becoming a licensed agent just seemed like a natural progression. “I am honored and proud to be a part of such a great team of agents” said Angie.
Born in La Grange and now living in Kinston, Angie has lived in Lenoir County all of her life. When asked why she loves it here, she responded, “Lenoir County may be small, but we are big in other ways. Shorter commutes and less traffic, slower pace of life, small-town hospitality, lower cost of living, traditional values and more local support. Sure, I like to travel, but I appreciate being close to family”.
When working with buyers, Angie understands that owning a home is a long term commitment and most likely the biggest purchase you will ever make. That is why it is so important to work with an agent that can guide you through the process. She will meet with you to discuss any concerns and explain why the mortgage loan qualification process is the most important first step in buying a home.
For sellers, Angie can help sort through all of the information that is available online for homeowners. She will provide you a comparative market analysis, advise you on needed repairs and explain the closing process and costs.
“Being able to help clients with their most significant investment is very rewarding, but the most gratifying aspect is that your clients become like family.”
Angie enjoys spending her spare time with her friends and family and is currently working on obtaining her appraisal license.
